A handling fee of up to €30 will be charged for any units returned with damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. A detailed list can be found in the RMA registration under "Declaration". Warranty processing is only possible if the device is not locked or ideally reset to factory settings. Costs incurred as a result of a blocked device will be charged to the customer or it will be returned to the sender at cost.

I agree that components may be replaced as required. I am aware that personal data such as
settings, telephone numbers, photos, etc. can be deleted during repair or inspection. I am also aware of this,

  • that a warranty repair is only without consequential costs for me if it is a product defect or a manufacturing defect.
  • that when sending in devices which have defects excluded from the manufacturer's warranty, a processing fee of up to € 30.00 will be charged.

These exclusions are:

  • Mechanical damage
  • fluid damages
  • Use of third-party accessories/software
  • Damage due to improper use
  • Unauthorized opening of the device

Warranty processing is only possible if the device is not locked or has been reset to factory
settings. A blocked device will be returned to me at my expense. I confirm that I have
checked the device - as far as possible - for these points.
A repair with costs in case of defects for which there is no warranty claim is possible under
certain circumstances. If this is desired, I will confirm vthe cost estimate and the stated costs.
